What programs do you offer?

The ex’treme Institute by Nelly offers two degree programs and two diploma programs in addition to a number of continuing education programs. We are currently offering an Associate Degree in Entertainment & Media Business with Management and Recording Engineering & Producing with Management. Our diploma programs include Entertainment and Media Business and Recording Engineering & Producing. Our continuing education courses are offered in music production, vocals, songwriting, dance, graphic design, web design, and the arts.

How do I pay for school?

Any student accepted for admission or currently enrolled at the ex’treme Institute by Nelly may apply for financial aid. Upon completion of all necessary forms, the Financial Aid Office will determine the types and amounts of Financial Aid for which you may qualify and assist you in processing the application. Financial aid is available to all who qualify. However, all students, regardless of payment options or funding sources, are ultimately responsible for payment of their tuition, fees, books, uniforms, tools and taxes and any other costs associated with their education. If you receive a Federal Student Loan, you will be committed to repaying all or a portion of that loan regardless of whether you complete your education or go to work.

How does E.I. help with job placements?

E.I. by Nelly offers a job placement service. Our career services team will help you find a career in your field with the following services: Job Search Coaching & Guidance, Resume Review, Mock Interviewing, Resume Referral, and Campus Career Fairs.

What will my schedule be like at E.I.?

We are now offering morning, afternoon, and evening classes so that you can fit your education around your schedule.

How can I get started?

The first step in the admissions process is to contact the campus by calling 1-888-669-0633 or fill out the request information form found here. Upon receiving your initial information request, one of our trained admissions personnel will contact you to walk you through the process of enrolling in one of our programs. At the ex’treme Institute by Nelly, we will be there for you each step of the way, from admissions, to financial aid, to career counseling when you graduate.

What do you offer current students?

We have implemented a campus portal package into each of our campus websites. Through this portal, our current students will be able to access the following information (and much more):

  • Class schedules;
  • Grade report;
  • Enrollment information;
  • Campus announcements; and
  • GPA calculator.

In addition to these services, each one of our on-ground courses is supplemented by a corresponding Canvas course, which serves as an online repository for student grades, classroom materials, and communication activities that take place outside of the classroom. We also offer a free library research service for our current students, which is one of the most powerful research database engines available on the market today. Is E.I. Accredited?

E.I. is in fact certified to operate by the Missouri Department of Higher Education as a branch campus of Vatterott College-Berkeley, and recognized by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) as a satellite location of Vatterott College-Berkeley.
